Australian Organic Wool is a family operated business located at the foot hills of the World Heritage Border Rangers National Park near Nimbin.
AOW produces handknitting yarns from certified organic or biodynamic Australian merino wool, and can now proudly say we only use wool which has come from properties where mulesing is not practised.
Our yarns are spun and processed in accordance with organic standards.
We have three ranges of yarns: WOOLganic 8ply; Head, Heart & Hands 16ply and our natural hand-dyers hanks in 8ply, 10ply, 12ply and 16ply.
